‘I like to complete 5-10 minute ab sessions roughly 2-3 times a week. Sometimes they’re my favourite way to end a KIC workout or alternatively I like to break up an existing workout on the program with an ab session in the middle.’

If you can’t keep your legs straight, that is fine, a little bend in the knees won’t stop the burn!
