If you’ve got the low down on Sydney’s health & fitness scene, you’re sure to have heard of – or trained at – Flow Athletic.
Co-founded by Ben Lucas and Kate Kendall, the boutique Paddington-based fitness centre boasts an impressive space offering yoga, strength, spin, reformer pilates, PT sessions and all the works.
What was the first gym to merge fitness, yoga and strength philosophies, Flow has gone on to establish itself as a leading gym, focused on a balanced and complete workout that, as a combination, deliver real, noticeable results.
Take it from Ben himself whose client portfolio includes Sammy Robinson, Erin Holland & Roxy Jacenko, to name a few.
With an impressive resume both physically and entrepreneurially – having run the North Face 100, countless international marathons, worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and owned multiple gyms – it’s no secret the fitness guru knows a thing or two about what it takes to build a successful, results-driven business.
But to Ben, it’s the loyal community he’s created that fuels his passion. ‘At Flow, we’re a community and my entire focus has always been on building, supporting and helping our community achieve their goals in an environment they love and look forward to coming to,’ Ben shared.
So, what’s it really like to train like a celebrity? Ben put us through the paces and it’s safe to say we understand what all the fuss is about.
