Are you ready for this?! This 3 ingredient truffle recipe is about to make your day.

I mean, what could be better than banana, peanut butter and chocolate combined? Nothing!

These are the perfect tasty treats for when you get those late night chocolate cravings but still want something quick and healthy. In less than 15 minutes, your tastebuds will be in heaven and those cravings will be completely satisfied – you can thank me later! Plus, this is an amazing way to sneak some extra fruit into your diet.

3-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Truffles


MAKES 10-12 | PREP 5  | COOK 10



  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut butter




  1. Melt your dark chocolate on the stove.
  2. Chop your banana into thick slices.
  3. Get a slice of banana, spread some peanut butter on the top and then put another slice of banana on top to make a banana peanut butter bite- so it creates a sandwich.
  4. Using two spoons gently dip the banana and peanut butter in to the melted chocolate and coat it until it is completely covered.
  5. Once you’ve coated all the banana and peanut butter bites in chocolate, put them in the fridge to set for 5 minutes!
  6. Enjoy!


Tip: You can use any fruit you like! Strawberries, dates, apples – it’s completely up to you! Get creative.
