REVIEW: What’s the deal with infrared saunas?

I’m a sucker for anything and everything health & wellness, so checking out the latest Infrared sauna technology at Sydney’s hotspot Flow Revive was right up my alley.
Unlike a traditional sauna, an Infrared sauna doesn’t use steam and relies on heat from the heaters themselves and I really noticed and experienced the difference.
I typically find it difficult to sit inside a traditional sauna for longer than 15-20 minutes. However, in my own zen space at Flow Revive, I was able to properly unwind and enjoy listening to music through the high-tech inbuilt system for the entire forty-five minutes.
