Created by Leah Itsines for Australian Asparagus, this asparagus pizza with ham and cheese takes only 15-20 minutes in the oven, making it the perfect lazy dinner for those nights when you cannot even:

2 pita breads, oiled
4 asparagus spears, peeled
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
4 slices of ham off the bone, roughly teared
2 tbsp. balsamic glaze, to drizzle
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Optional pinch of chilli flakes
