A long-time pioneer of women’s health and fitness, Lorna Jane’s free wellness program is built upon the brand’s inspiring ‘Move, Nourish, Believe’ philosophy. Focused on being fad-free and sustainable, the plan offers a holistic approach on all three facets, including:
Designed with a balanced approach in mind, the workout program is divided into three sections: Cardio, Strength and Stretch. Similarly, the easy-to-read weekly meal plan comes with full recipes and is available in a vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free version. Both sections of the plan change on a week-to-week basis.
Perhaps the most refreshing portion of the program comes from the ‘Believe’ section, which is fills in the blank that most fitness guides miss by offering a weekly plan for meditation and mindfulness in a structured, actionable way.
