Everyone needs a bit of good quality downtime before another week of #hustle starts all over again! Here, the Stylerunner team share where you’ll find them finding their Zen on a Sunday:

“Sunday afternoon for me means switching off, recovering and absolutely not thinking about anything. You will find me jumping from sauna to spa for a good 45min to let my body completely relax. I find the sauna a great place to stretch out all the sore parts from the week, then I eat chocolate.” – Brooke MacDonald, Customer Service Rep

“Now that Summer is officially on it’s way my fave way to unwind is spending QT with my boys taking our dog for a walk or hanging at the beach..” – Nadia Cuff, Design & Product Development Manager

“Sundays, for me, are all about self-care and taking the day at my own pace. I love to start the day with some chai and bikkies in bed and then get active in a way that feels fun, whether that’s walking by the beach with friends or getting a little yoga in. I also love to carve out an hour or so to crash on the couch with my latest novel!” – Sukriti Wahi, Digital Copywriter

“Walk somewhere fab for breaky, hit the beach and a wander through Bondi markets to stock up on food for the week.. And some a few cheeky rosès with girlfriends!” – Asher Crawford, E-Commerce Coordinator

“For me, it’s a beach walk and a yoga sesh following by some sunshine, saltwater and a cheeky sundowner.” – Anna Brine, Customer Service Manager

“I like to take my time getting out of bed, make a yummy homemade breakfast, have a coffee, go for a long week out in the sun, lay on the beach in summer (lay on the couch with Netflix in winter), and come Sunday night – put on a good face mask and enjoy doing absolutely nothing.” – Julia Giampietro, Digital Content Manager

“Sleep in, brunch with friends, walk around the harbour, yoga at Body Mind Life in Potts Point to finish the week and get my mind prepped for the week ahead, catch-up TV, bed.” – Jasna Stevanja, Chief People Officer

“The best way I like to close off my weekend is to have a cheeky Sunday tipple with my girlfriends. The best way not to think about what Monday has to offer.” – Jayson Evans, Stylist & E-Commerce Assistant
