Try this TRM workout with a BUF Girls twist!

Heading outdoors this weekend? We’ve got just the workout for you! Cassey from BUF Girls teams up with the original Bachie for a training sesh designed to work muscles you didn’t even know you had!


Start with a 5-minute jog or skip to warm up, with a little dynamic stretching thrown in, then hang up your gymnastic rings and do this…

(B)eautiful – Toning and Strength moves
11 Reps Glute Bridge Hip Raises
11 Reps Hamstring Curl Outs on Rings
11 Reps Chest Fly on Rings
11 Second Vertical Hold

(U)nstoppable – Cardio/Plyometric moves
11 Reps Box Burpees
11 Reps Break dancers

(F)earless Finisher: Goal based challenge
Complete as many band assisted chin ups as you can in 30 secs! (or go for NO band if you dare!)
Rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat x 3 for beginners or x 6 for more advanced exercisers.
